Common Stucco Installation Services
We install stucco systems for new construction, additions, remodeled walls, and full exterior replacement projects, addressing both the visible finish and the underlying components required for the application.
New Construction Stucco
We install complete stucco systems on new homes, buildings, and newly constructed walls, working from the prepared substrate through the selected finish and texture.
Additions & Remodels
We install stucco on additions and modified exterior walls, tying new work into the surrounding construction and coordinating transitions with the existing exterior as closely as practical.
Complete Exterior Re-Stucco
When replacement is appropriate, we remove existing stucco within the project scope, evaluate exposed conditions, make necessary preparations, and install a new stucco system.
Siding to Stucco Conversions
We convert suitable siding exteriors to stucco, removing materials within the project scope and preparing the underlying wall for the appropriate stucco system.
Block & Masonry Construction
We install stucco over properly prepared block, concrete, and masonry surfaces on new buildings, walls, additions, and other unfinished exterior construction.
Garages, Walls & Exterior Features
We install stucco on detached garages, site walls, columns, and other exterior features, adapting the preparation and system components to the existing construction.

How It Works
Stucco Installation Process
Each project begins with evaluating the existing construction, intended application, and surrounding conditions so the installation approach can be selected for the specific wall or structure.
Evaluation & Estimate
We review the project scope, substrate, wall condition, transitions, and desired finish before explaining the recommended installation approach and preparing an estimate.
Substrate Preparation
Surfaces are cleaned and prepared for the selected system. For conversions or replacement projects, existing materials are removed within the project scope and exposed conditions are evaluated.
Wall Protection & Accessories
Depending on the construction, we install appropriate weather-resistive components, flashing details, casing beads, corner reinforcement, and other accessories before the stucco layers begin
Lath & Base Coats
When required, metal lath is secured over the prepared wall. Scratch and brown coats are then applied to build and level the stucco base.
Finish & Texture
After the base is ready, we apply the selected finish coat and texture, blending transitions with adjoining surfaces as closely as practical.
Cleanup & Final Review
We remove work-related debris, review the completed installation, and walk through the finished areas included in the project scope.
Stucco Installation FAQ
What types of projects require new stucco installation?
New stucco installation may be appropriate for new construction, additions, remodeled exterior walls, siding-to-stucco conversions, unfinished block or masonry surfaces, detached structures, and complete exterior replacement projects.
Can stucco be installed over siding, block, or concrete?
Stucco can be installed over properly prepared block, concrete, masonry, and framed wall systems. Siding is generally removed within the project scope so the underlying construction can be evaluated and prepared for the appropriate stucco system.
How do I know whether I need stucco repair or complete replacement?
The appropriate scope depends on the extent of the damage, the condition of the existing lath and substrate, and the goals for the exterior. Localized problems may only require repair, while widespread deterioration or a complete exterior change may justify replacement.
Can I choose the finish and texture for new stucco?
Yes. Finish and texture options depend on the selected stucco system and intended appearance. For additions or partial installations, the new finish can be blended with adjoining stucco as closely as practical, although an exact match may not always be possible..
How long does new stucco installation take?
Project duration depends on the size of the installation, substrate preparation, number of coats, curing conditions, weather, and any underlying work included in the project. A more specific timeline can be provided after the existing construction and intended scope are evaluated.
